We are looking for a full-time or part-time patent attorney / patent clerk for our office in Berlin to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • All activities in connection with the processing of industrial property rights in Germany and abroad

  • Checking and processing incoming mail

  • File management and deadline management

  • Independent formal correspondence with clients, authorities, foreign colleagues and service providers in German and English

  • Working with MS Office, PatOrg

Your qualifications

  • Professional training as a patent paralegal or at least work experience in a patent law firm would be desirable

  • Alternatively, secretarial experience in a law, notary or tax consultancy firm with the willingness to undergo further training

  • Fluency in written and spoken English would be desirable, but is not essential

  • Independent and reliable work organization and a high level of responsibility
