Jacqueline Möller provides comprehensive legal counsel across all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent law, trademark law, copyright law, competition law, and design law. She represents clients in both litigation and out-of-court disputes. Additionally, she assists with the development and strategic alignment of contracts in patent, copyright, trademark, competition, and licensing law. Jacqueline offers legal advice in German, English, and French. Her expertise is especially strong at the intersection of patent attorney and lawyer practices.
With her extensive experience, including conducting internal lectures for patent law engineers, she fosters interdisciplinary exchange and understanding between different areas of law.
Biography
After a successful career in journalism, including roles with Tagesspiegel, Frankfurter Rundschau, and Berliner Zeitung, Jacqueline Möller specialized in intellectual property law during her studies at the Free University of Berlin. Even before starting her legal clerkship, she completed the theoretical exam for the specialization in intellectual property law. She went on to complete her clerkship at international law firms in the IP departments in Berlin and Hamburg.
Jacqueline Möller is also a member of GRUR (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
