Tobias Boeckh is a patent attorney with almost 30 years of experience in intellectual property law and a broad range of scientific and legal expertise. He provides comprehensive advice on all issues relating to the protection, defense and enforcement of industrial property rights.

The focus is on comprehensive advice and strategy development, especially in national and international trademark and design law, as well as the management of comprehensive trademark portfolios.

Biography

Tobias Boeckh comes from Berlin, holds a degree in chemistry (Freie Universität Berlin) and a PhD in biochemistry (Dr. rer. nat). As a Max Planck Fellow, he completed his doctorate in the field of ribosome research at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin.
