Dr. Sven Lange has been a patent attorney for over 20 years. He advises inventors, companies and universities on all issues relating to obtaining and enforcing industrial property rights. His practice focuses on patent prosecution and the development and implementation of IP strategies. His clients benefit from his wealth of experience with national and international patent and trademark offices.
He is a lecturer in patent law at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
Biography
Sven Lange studied biology and chemistry, and received his doctorate in the field of biophysics from the Humboldt University in Berlin. He subsequently conducted research in various universities as well as in large research institutions and a medium-sized company.
He is admitted and authorized to represent clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG), the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante (EUIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
