Biography

Paul W. Hertin studied in Münster, Germany, and subsequently moved to Berlin, Germany, to join an already respected copyright law firm that now bears his name. There, he participated in many fundamental disputes, especially on copyright issues.

Attorney Hertin is admitted to practice before all German courts except the Federal Supreme Court in civil matters. He is also authorized to appear before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG), the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante (EUIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
