Kai Lindenstruth studied pharmacy in Kiel (Germany) and wrote his Ph.D. thesis in the field of pharmaceutical technology about oral peptide delivery systems.

In parallel to conducting his Ph.D. thesis he developed for the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) monographs for standard applications. Afterward he worked for F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd.

Kai Lindenstruth was leading an R&D laboratory for oral drug delivery systems, conducted research activities for Roche in USA and was responsible for the global project coordination of formulation activities.
