Tobias Boeckh has been repeatedly recommended as an expert in trade mark law by the JUVE Handbook of German Lawyers and The LEGAL 500. He is a lecturer at the Beuth College for Technology, Berlin (previously: Technical College Berlin (TFH)) in addition to the German University for Further Education (DUW) for the Masters training programme "Drug Research and Management" (M.Sc.).

Tobias Boeckh is a co-author of Intellectual Property Management (Claas Junghans, Adam Levy), WILEY-VCH Verlag, 2006, and has contributed commentary in Erdmann/Rojahn/Sosnitza: Handbook of the specialised attorney – intellectual property (Handbuch des Fachanwalts – Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz), Luchterhand, 2008/2010.

Tobias Boeckh is also a member of the Federal Association of German Patent Attorneys, in addition to the EPI, VPP, GRUR, AIPPI, FICPI and INTA. After his studies in Chemistry at the Free University of Berlin , Tobias Boeckh received a stipend from the Max Planck Institute and completed his doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics, Berlin, in the field of ribosome research. Afterwards he completed a traineeship as a German Patent Attorney and subsequently qualified as a European Patent Attorney.
