Representation

The patent attorneys of HERTIN have admission to represent before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), the German Patent Court (BPatG), the European Patent Office (EPO), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) in Alicante and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

We also represent clients before the Court of First Instance and the European Court of Justice (ECJ), in addition to the German Federal Supreme Court (BGH).
