Sandra Wagner advises and represents clients in the areas of copyright, trademark, personal rights and media law.
She studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and completed her Masters in International Business Law at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
Sandra Wagner received her PhD in 2009 at the Humboldt University Berlin with the dissertation “Consumer Protection when Contracting on the Internet", which compared English and German IT-Law. During her studies, she was a research fellow at the University of Oxford for the Institute for European and Comparative Law.
She is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (Deutsche Vereinigung für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht – GRUR).
